Will buyers know they are talking to AI?

Yes. The agent introduces itself as your agency's assistant and passes the buyer to a broker whenever they ask, or whenever your rules say so.

Which portals and CRMs does it work with?

Leads from Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Meta ads and your website. We connect to the CRM you already use and confirm it on the discovery call.

Where is lead data stored?

On UAE-region cloud servers, under a data processing agreement signed with each client.

What if a buyer asks something the agent cannot answer?

It says a broker will reply, alerts the broker on WhatsApp straight away and logs the question so the script can be improved.

Is there a minimum contract?

Three months on monthly plans, then month to month. The audit and workshops are one-off.
